All Aboard the Polar Express
Ludo jingled, “The train is here!”
Lulu’s eyes sparkled with holiday cheer.
Tickets clutched tight in their fluffy paws,
They hopped on the platform, ready to explore.
The engine puffed clouds of sparkling white steam,
And whistles sang songs like a magical dream.
Through frosty windows, the world whizzed past,
Icicles glittering, a wintery blast.
Elves waved from carts stacked high with toys,
Busy as bees with holiday joys.
Ludo helped stack a sleigh on the rail,
While Lulu danced with a sugarplum tale.
Snowflakes like diamonds swirled in the night,
The aurora borealis shimmered bright.
Through tunnels of silver, over bridges of ice,
The train raced along, oh, what a slice!
At the North Pole, they met Santa with glee,
“Thanks for the help! Now Christmas will be!”
With a wave and a whistle, the train rolled back,
Through snowy valleys and the frosty track.
Home they arrived, hearts full of delight,
Dreaming of magic that sparkled that night.
Ludo & Lulu, snug in their beds,
Still saw twinkling stars dancing overhead.
Design Ludo & Lulu’s Christmas Jumper
Ludo & Lulu need cosy outfits for the holidays – and YOU get to create them! These two cool cats love looking fabulous, but their jumpers also need to be practical… especially for all their adventuring in Lulu’s little green car. (Lulu insists jumpers must be wind-resistant. Ludo insists they must be extra woolly so they match his beloved brown knitted scarf.)
So… what kind of jumper will you create? Something stylish for speed? Something woolly for warmth? A festive number with reindeer, snowflakes, glitter, fish bones - or all of the above?

We asked Ludo & Lulu about their gift plans this festive season - and, of course, they’re full of mischief, magic, and cat-approved surprises for everyone!
Q: Any special gifts planned this year?
Ludo: “Of course! My new book ‘Wisdom & Whiskers x’ is going to Grandma in New Zealand… plus I might sneak a little paw-print doodle inside.”
Lulu: “And Angela gets a sparkly surprise… maybe with a feather or two, for extra fun!”
Q: What about neighbours?
Both: “Maurice and Maisy get treats… and a tiny bell to keep their humans on their toes!”
Q: And Ludo, any special present for your mouse friend?
Ludo: “Yes! I got Sir Nibblesworth a tiny helmet. He keeps zooming under the sofa at full speed - safety first!”
Q: Any fun cat-inspired gifts you’re thinking of?
Ludo: “A mini catapult for snowballs - strictly for paw-approved use.”
Lulu: “Twinkly hubcaps for my MG Roadster - nothing says ‘Lulu’s here’ like a little glitter.”
Q: Favourite part about giving gifts?
Ludo: “Watching everyone open them… and maybe batting a corner of the wrapping paper for effect.”
Lulu: “The adventure of delivery! Leap, pounce, sneak… and maybe a little nap along the way.”
